Realities of war in a fictional story

Yesterday I heard that once again, The cowards of ISIS have once again killed innocent lives in an act of terror. This makes me very angry because our leaders say that they are defeating ISIS. Those people are wrong and know it. For example, America's President claims that we are doing everything in our power to destroy ISIS. He is a liar! We should be sending Abrams tanks rolling across the Iraqi desert shooting anyone who dares stop the defeat of terrorism. In truth, If someone attacks american citizens, military or not, that person needs to be imprisoned and tortured or shot on sight.

I am almost ready to write the rough draft. I am now getting more details on the battles and weapons used during D-Day, The Normandy Breakout Campaign, The Battle of the Bulge, and the Ludendorff Bridge. I am know also figuring out how to detail the battles themselves by watching some combat videos.

I have already started on planning my story but I do need more information on some events such as the 1st infantry division's experience on Omaha beach, the Normandy breakout campaign, and the Siegfried line. Also, I need some information on the weapons and the tactics used during these operations. Some war documentaries mention these, but I need it in a more clear description.

A world war 2 story
I have decided what war to wright about. I have decided to wright on the events of World War 2. Why have I chose this. It has something to do with the fact that I have seen some movies on world war 2 (Saving Private Ryan, Band of brothers, Battleground, A Walk in the Sun, and The Story of G.I. Joe). My story will be about a man who sees his his first action on Omaha Beach, survives the breakout of Normandy, gets transferred to the airborne, but on the way to the Bulge, but on the way, his vehicle brakes down, leaving him and two other guys stranded behind German lines. The question remains. Will he live or will he DIE?

Pray for Paris
I give my prayers for the people of France because of the tragic attack against the city of Paris. It is tragic how the barbaric Jihadist came to bomb the city of light. All those who support this attack and the evil forces of the stupid Islamic terrorist who committed to this attack deserve to be hunted down and shot without question. We need to pray for those affected, for those who are going out to hunt down and fight those suicidal suns of guns, and pray for the destruction of every single one of those cowered terrorist who would rather die and kill themselves rather than face punishment. If you want my opinion, when they kill them selves, they condemn themselves even faster to an eternity in Hell
President Obama, from my family, all my friends, and myself, a thirteen year old boy, send our soldiers, our fighting men, to invade Iraq once more, send our soldiers to kill all those terrorists, I know that it will be long, but we will win once we bring the fight to them. Pray for France and God Bless America!
I now even more want to to join the military as my father has, my grandfather has, and my great grandfather has.
My friend Quinton has joined me in this opinion.

Post one
If you are reading this, you know that I am attempting to write a realistic war story. The problem is, I don't know which war to write about. The wars I am thinking about writing are about either World war 2, Vietnam, Iraq, or Afghanistan. I want it to be telling about what went on over in one of those war but it will be appropriate for ages ten and up. How to do that and not include cussing, I don't know but I am still thinking. I would like some ideas on what to write about.
